Default Brake Rotors

Looks like I'm about ready for a brake job. Have done a fair amount of research and have narrowed down my purchase keeping in mind cost effectiveness and performance while trying to achieve the agressive slotted/drilled look. The suspension/brake guy, who has done work for me in the past and who I have a good deal of confidence, has recommended Raybestos rotors. I may be going brain dead in my old age but I can't remember anything about their brake products. Granted, he may have a financial reason for recommending them but that aside, I would like to hear if you more knowledgeable forum members have had any experience with Raybestos brake products and/or what you think of them. Thanx...............

Got my rotors and pads for $230 on some auction site. Free install if you do it yourself. Hows that for cost effectiveness.

Some Raybestos are made in China, some in Canada, some in USA. Check where made. Opt for USA or Canada.

I just spent about a hour and half reading about these, I guess for 180 bucks I'm gonna give em a try, although still a bit skeptical,,,,But what the heck.....I've wasted a lot more than 180 bucks over the years
