engine swap

I have a 98 couple that I am going to pull the engine and replace with a 2004 Z06 LS6. Will the PCM from the 98 work OK with the LS6? Any "things" I need to watch out for ... Thanks!

Yes! it will "BUT" the PCM will need to be reprogrammed on the Dyno due to the Cam being different and many other peramiters that will need to be addressed!

I have a '98 with 701 RWHP Supercharged and running the '98 PCM - it will work and it will work fine!
