Remove Before Flight Tags...
I've seen a few pics of C5 interiors with a red "Remove Before Flight"
tags hanging from either the visor or mirror. I think these are pretty cool for shows, etc. Where do you get them? Obviously, some kind of aviation theme going on so perhaps some kind of airplane/pilot vendor?

Thanks guys! I am now embarrassed that I even opened a thread for this. I thought these were some custom or regulated piece of airline equipment and when I did a Google search as recommended above, I could not believe how many options there are to buy these tags.

Most people latch them to the targa top. So you don't become a member of the FRC(flying roof club) thus remove before "flight". Reminds you to latch your **** down before it goes poof into the rear view mirror.

I've seen a few threads around here about dragging battery tenders out of the garage. A buddy of mine makes small custom plastic molds and I was thinking about having him make me a blank key to hook it to

The idea is that before take-off the ground crew man shows the pilot the given number of flags so that the pilot knows they have been removed. They guard against premature operation of things like. Guns, bombs, cannon, gear retraction.

All the jets I flew had the "Remove Before Flight" tags for the weapons.
There were some Corvette tags made a few years ago. Are they the ones you meant?
I never could work out how to use it to prevent the flying roof club. Mine lives on my old flying helmet now
