Damn plastic radiator!!
My radiator finally sprang a leak due to a crack in the plastic near the driver's side hose connection. JB Weld did not work so I had to get a new one. Searched around a bit and found a brand new one exactly like the one I pulled out for less than $120 from Radiator Barn. I was a little worried about buying from a place with the word "Barn" in its name, but It worked out great. Took only a couple of days to receive it.

$120 is a great price. All plastic radiators fail eventually.

Not a bad price
I ditched mine in favor of the Dewitts all Aluminum radiator, a little more than $120 but I am super happy and no more plastic tanks for me
Thanks,Matt

I figured since the original radiator lasted 110,000 miles I'd go the cheaper route. I'll definitely be selling my road warrior and snatching up one of those low mileage garage queens soon. Too many things are starting to crap-out on the ole "Crimson Cruiser".

I am getting another plastic one until I can afford another one that cost "a little more" from Dewitt or Be Cool.

Welcome to the cracked end tank club, I'm getting a Dewitts as well, no more plastic for me and the extra cooling will help when I install the supercharger.

Seems like that plastic radiator did pretty well to hold up for 110,000 miles!

My plastic radiator overflow tank went out on my 1998 with 130,000 miles (and 13 years).
I can't complain, it is only one of 3 things to go bad (oil pressure sensor and headlight gear (again plastic part) were the other two) !

For $46 more you could have picked one up that has a lifetime warranty from O'Reilly.....

Mine only lasted to 72k. New one has a lifetime warranty so no more spending money on radiators for me until (unless) I decide to get a Dewitts.
