Well, the swap is done. The first thing I noticed was that it takes less effort to slect the gears. I found myself using too much force actually while trying to shift gears.... probably out of habit. Once I kind of let the shifter do its thing, it was quite smooth. The 2-3 shift is really where the MGW shines. Its damn near effortless between those 2 gears. Reverse is also easier to find now. Im not saying the other shifters were bad, its just personal preference really. I like the MGW better than the others Ive tried so far.

I've been waiting for some to post their feedback on various shifters. Thanks for the info.
