There are a few ways to cure it. One is to install a diff. brace. Also some have had luck with simply changing the stock sway bar to a C6 Z06 bar. I read once that GM did some work on the shocks in 2004 to eliminate the problem, so maybe a set of 2004 Z06 shock or the 2010 Z06 shocks.

hmmm...not sure how much that will help (sways & shocks). I have hotchkis sways and bilstein hd's and still get occasional wheel hop. (mid 400's hp). perhaps i'll try a brace
A diff cage does nothing to stop wheel hop. It does prevent diff/trans case breakage during wheel hop.
These items will help but not completly fix all conditions:
1) PFADT trans mount. ( which is not hydraulic like the stock mount )
2 )PAFDT engine mounts. ( which is not hydraulic like the stock mount )
3) Stiffer rear sway bar.
4) C6 dual mount cradle & diff. case.
5) Coil overs.
6) Tire type . ( Cold tires wheel hop more than warm tires. )
All these items help to stop drivetrain side to side rock which causes the main wheel hop problem.
The engine, torque tube, trans, diff, are all bolted together and the drivetrain/diff likes to rock side to side over that single diff mount. Thats why stablizing the engine helps the rear wheel problem. THATS ALSO WHY the C6 had 2 diff mounts installed beside each other. Remember that and softer mount is also designed in to smooth the ride which allows more chance for wheel hop. Its a trade off. Hope this extra info helps you understand whats going on back there.
if you insist on keeping the stock suspension, one suggestion would be to lower your rpms before your launch. im at nearly stock power, and i launch at about 2200 rpm. maybe you could try around 1800. you may also want to try removing weight or adding different amounts of weight in the back to try and offset the resonant frequency that causes the hop. also try experimenting with different tire pressures.
