How old is your battery?
They start acting really flaky if the battery is low.
Check your battery volts and/or do a load check. If your battery is low, a lot of bad things happen. Most warnings happen when voltages are low or out of range, this can be due to a bad battery.

yea you are right will look mesure it when i get home thnxx bud
As suggested, check the state of your battery with a meter across the battery with the ignition off. Next, pull your codes and post them. You can get them directly from the DIC
The 1255 code is causing your traction control light to be on. Clear all of the codes. Next time, please post each code completely....such as "C1255 H" or "C" which stands for history or current.
Please check each and every fuse in both fuse compartments. There are two compartments, one in the engine bay next to the battery and the other under the passenger footwell, inside and while you are there, check for any moisture on or around the BCM which is there as well.
P1571 ASR Desired Torque
C1235 RR Wheel Speed Circuit Open or Shorted
B2592 Column Lock/Unlock Drive (B)
B0365 Right Actuator Feedback Short to GND
B0367 Right Actuator Feedback Open
B2284 Battery #2 Fault
U1064 Loss of Communications with BCM
C2115 Left Rear TPM Sensor Malfunction (not from the SCM but rather from the RFA)
My thought is the B2592 code is causing your main issue. You need to find out from a dealer if the recall(s) have been completed on your car. I would think you are seeing a message that says Pull Key and wait 10 seconds. The rest of these...how old is your battery and have you checked the connections at the battery and the starter solenoid? Clear each code with the reset button then start it up and see what all comes back. Write them all down carefully again. From what I see here, you are having multiple issues on top of it dying.
Not to be onry, if your knowledge level isn't up there to do the formal troubleshooting needed here, it needs to be taken to either a Corvette shop or a dealer and shell out the bucks to have it repaired. Some things are simple to fix or simpler...lol. Actuator for the passenger hvac is bad and probably has a cracked gear inside. Its a PITA to replace but you can do it if you have the skills to find it and do the job. The TPMS sensor is bad which needs to be ordered then have a tire shop replace it, then re-memorize all of the sensors. Check the RR wheel sensor connector/wiring for a short. Possibly need to replace the hub assembly where this is.
That column lock problem is serious. You need a column lock bypass which can be bought from Corvettes of Houston I believe but you do need to find out what was done to the car in regards to this system.

I've got to put a bit of a warning on the column-lock bypass.
Yes, almost all Corvettes will eventually get the dreaded "Pull Key and Wait 10 Seconds" message. It's an inherent bug in the car.
But 1997 and 1998 models are also wired a bit different from other models and the column lock bypass kit has been known to cause unpredictable problems as well (ask me how I know).
The advice to install the kit is probably good, but you need to know that it can cause problems.
My suggestion is to clear all the codes and address all the issues you're seeing. Get the car right before attempting to install the column lock bypass kit. That way you know that any problems that occur are being caused by the kit rather than something else.
i put on the bypass kit and the remove key 10sec is stil on i found out that something
is draining the battery so im cona take out the BCM and se what hapens
