Wiper issues
My windshield wipers will only come on when I turn them to high, and when I shut them off they do not return to down position, they just stop where they are when I turn them off. Anyone have any suggestions?

The Fix
I have the exact same problem and a forum member told me that when it happened to him he purchased a motor/circuit board off the auction site for about $120 and it fixed his problem.
I haven't had a chance to try it but will eventually.
