Anti-Theft
Last week, when I turned the ignition to start, nothing would happen, just the fuel pump whine. Wait a bit, try again and it would start like normal. Happened several times over 5-6 days.
Finally found out that the issue was the anti-theft. Wasn't reading the code from the key....thought this was a bit weired.
Anyone else had this issue?

My first thought as well - had the battery checked first thing, it was good. Codes thrown showed it was in fact the anti-theft. Had a new switch, etc. installed and all is well so far. I'd just never heard of this problem before or seen anything relating to it.

Try SEARCHING above-happens all the time.
