Are 1991 rims and 2003 rims the same?

1991 Wheel Specs
4.75 Bolt Circle
17" Front Rim 8.5" Wide - 255/40/ZR17 - Stock Tire
17" Rear Rim 9.5" Wide - 285/40/ZR17 - Stock Tire


2003 Wheel Specs
4.75 Bolt Circle
17" Front Rim 8.5 Wide 245/45/ZR17 - Stock Tire
18" Rear Rim 9.5 Wide 275/40/ZR18 - Stock Tire

Offsets are slightly different. You can get them on with spacers though.
