Default Help with CODES!

I am getting these codes come up in my DTC.

P1571 H C
U1040 H C
B0361 H C
C2105 H C

Any suggestions on how I can solve these codes?

Also, my DTC is saying "Service Vehicle Soon." My ABS and TCS lights are on and I cant seem to turn them off. Any help would be great. Thank you

The codes you have listed have the following definitions:

P1571 ASR Desired Torque
U1040 Loss of Communications with TCS
B0361 Left Actuator Feedback Short to GND
C2105 Right Front TPM Sensor Malfunction

The first two may be related, P1571 and U1040. These codes will be related to the ABS and TCS lights being on.

B0361 is part of the HVAC system and C2105 is a tire pressure monitor sensor problem.

Hope this gets you pointed in the right direction.

I would start looking through this thread
http://forums.corvetteforum.com/c5-t...tion-long.html

Reading the codes you posted again, The one that may be the cause of the ABS and TCS lights being on is the U1040. The thread link above covers quite a bit of electrical issues. Since this is a loss of comm error code, I would start with checking the grounds and connectors for the TCS and IPC.

Okay heres my update. Under the hood chassis ground connector G 101 was loose so I tighten it but did not clean. I dont have the code U1040 showing anymore. But it is still showing the other codes plus another. This all just started today...

PCM P1571 H C
TCS No Comm.
RTD C1780 H C (Lost of Steering Position Signal)
HVAC B0361 H C
RFA C2105 H C

What does that mean? My steering does seem like its a little harder to maneuver.

You lost a TPM sensor...probably its little battery is done. They have a life of about 8-10 years normally. The HVAC is probably a cracked gear inside but try clearing that code and see if it resets itself.

Then in relation to the B0361, you'll probably have to replace the driver's side actuator. Yes, you can do it yourself and its a pita but you can do it. www.gmpartshouse.com or for an aftermarket you can go via rockauto. Gene at gmpartshouse, has the best prices on the TPMS sensors

So your saying its my TPM thats causing all these codes to pop up? and can you find a "how to" on that driver side actuator?

No, in regards to the TPMS. Most likely your one sensor has died. If you look at the tire pressures in the DIC, you should see the one showing RF XXXX or something similar meaning its no longer talking to the RFA. I don't know of a "how to" on replacement of the driver's side actuator. It is a pita as I previously said since I just had to replace mine. Mine turned out to have the main gear cracked(plastic). Its directly above the gas pedal area up on the side of the HVAC. You have to remove the center console then the center dash/radio surround and finally the knee bolster. Laying on your back in the worst possible position, looking up, you'll see it. Two screws hold it on. Yes, it can be done.

Back to the TPMS, try rememorizing them all via the DIC and using a strong magnet first, just in case.
