The numbers look good if you're running through stock exhaust manifolds and cats. The LS3 does respond very well to long tube headers and a cold air intake. Should be you're first mods.

Yea, I make more power on my LS6 with cam, LTs catless X and underdrive. But if he got the same bolt-ons that car would wake up nicely!
