Default Is this Possible?

Is it possible to tune different settings for different driving modes?

Lets say it is, that would mean you can tune competitive driving mode with different shift points and less torque management so it shifts harder and quicker, and let say instead of shifting at 11mph(A4) to change to 2nd you can make the shift point 22mph which would be cool to drive around in the city with cause it will hold you in the power band with out having to shift manually... and have it down shift earlier so that again you are always in the power band. 3rd and 4th would also change allot later. imagine being able to hold 3rd gear til about 70mph.

traction completely off would be the same as competitive mode, yet all nanys on you would not be able to detect anything different other than the added power.

it past 4:00am and might be the drink talking but hey, that would be AWESOME!!!!!!!.

imagine how it would feel on a track with corners, it would hold gears longer and down shift earlier and more aggressively.

so is it possible?

With tuning software, you coud change tunes as you wished, uploading one, then changing later to a different setup. You cannot do this while its running.

Yes you can but you will need to have HP Tuners or LS1 Edit type of interface and software -

I mean this way you can make any file you want and save it and label it for any circumstance -

alot of guys do this for 1/4 mile runs, when they log the run and make adjustments they write notes as to Density Altitude and weather Temps etc. so when they go again they can install the same settings for a good beginning

It's not unheard of and it can be done and by doing it you will really know your Vette But you "NEED" to know how to use those, so you need to take a course or have a friend that is familiar with the system teach you.

I do it and it is fun, just make sure you make notes

Thanks,matt

Yeah, I've used LS1 Edit for this.
