Good one Matt! I was thinking the same thing. But, the funny thing was everytime I drove by his house . . . he would be out there drooling over my C5. 
He finally broke down and had to go out and buy himself a new vette. New C6 guys are a breed of their own.

I also agree with SSSidekickbp on this one ! As far as C6 owners being a breed of there own I must have broken the mold as being a C4,C5 and now a C6 owner but I love all corvettes. Although I miss my C5 I love my C6 but I wouldn't say it's any better then a C5 it's just different. To each there own I say

I think the emblem with the circle removed looks good and it's still a C5 emblem. I've seen some put C6 emblems on a C5, I can't understand why you would want to put the wrong gen logo on your Vette, but to each their own I guess. As far as yours goes I think you did a great job in modding your C5 logo, It's the correct gen logo with your personal touch on it. Well done!
