I wouldn't pay $34K for the car - IMO that's just too high even with the really low miles. I bought my '03 with 8500 miles on it for $25K a year and a half ago - car was in mint condition. I would say maybe $27-28.5 considering you'll need new tires, fluid changes, etc on the car before you drive it very far.
