Default I"m looking for the drivers side headlight insulators

I think the part number is 16524060. Dealer says they are discontinued. Anyone know where I can pick up a set, thanks.

are you talking the plastic surround piece that's held in with 3 screws? If so go to Corvette Central.com and they have replacements

Not really sure what you are looking for, Is it the little black plastic pieces that the ball from the headlight goes into?

Contact Corvette Recycling in Utah. They are a USED PARTS forum vendor. Look near the bottom of the vendor list. Excellent people to do business with.

They are on each of the mounting brackets travel stop tabs. Does I think I also need to add washers that go around the three bolts. Does anyone know the size, 10mm ??? I will try the Corvette recycler in utah, and Corvette central. Thanks for the help guys, this is a awesome resource.

Ya, the white plastic bump stops that fit on the tabs (two on top and two down below on the headlight motor stops) are (from what Ive read) discontinued. Best bet would be salvage I guess.

What you can do in the interim is cut a few pieces of 3/4 inch gas line (rubber) or even similar sized harder plastic tubing into about half inch lengths and slip them over the tabs.

Good luck

That's what I did after one of them popped off. Not stock but ok for now.
