Recently I was looking for someone in the Naperville/Aurora, IL who could repair the tint on my rear window. The area along the top where the dots are was starting to separate and I tried to use a spreader to get it to stick but had no luck.
So I posted my need onto the Forum and someone was kind enough to recommend Greg from Quality Window Tinting - 630-479-5503.
I went there this morning and after looking at the problem he recommended a new product that he said just out which is designed to stick to that particular area better.
Within a matter of minutes he was able to remove the damaged area and replace it with the new film. Most of the time was spent making a number of small adjustments around the defroster connection so that the film fit perfectly - and it does!
Let me say that Greg is a class act and I would highly recommend his services to anyone in the area looking for window tinting.
In fact, I made another appointment to get the tint on my side windows removed and replaced. You see, the car came with the existing tint and the workmanship was less than top-notch. There is a 1/4 inch gap around the edges of the window. When I saw the work he was doing on another car in the shop I noticed the big difference in detail.
