HUD cover?

Never saw one. AFAIK you cut the dash pad and install the HUD bezel (if you're adding it aftermarket) so not sure there would be much of a market for covering one up. Guess you could get a plain dash pad and install that.

It doesnt get dirty in my experience. I'd find it a pain having to pull a cover off before driving. Plus it would cause reflections. Not worth it IMHO

Find someone with a non-hud car that wants an HUD. Swap with them and get $500 out of the deal. A couple hours and they are swapped.

That would be one solution. Or find someone parting out a car without a HUD and buy the dash cover. Then you can unplug your HUD and run without it. I guess the HUD isn't a big deal for everyone, but I sure would miss mine if it were not there.
