Never saw one. AFAIK you cut the dash pad and install the HUD bezel (if you're adding it aftermarket) so not sure there would be much of a market for covering one up. Guess you could get a plain dash pad and install that.

That would be one solution. Or find someone parting out a car without a HUD and buy the dash cover. Then you can unplug your HUD and run without it. I guess the HUD isn't a big deal for everyone, but I sure would miss mine if it were not there.
