Feet on dash
She keeps her feet on the floor and wants to hold my hand while I drive... I drive a manual, so I put her hand on the shifter and my hand on hers.

Seriously though, when I was in NYPD, there was a supervisor who when working in plain clothes and the passenger in the car, would put both feet up on the dash, a Chevy Caprice at that, much bigger that the Vette. Thought it was cute and cool.
That was until his driver got into an accident, both legs were snapped at the knee's, now the cane makes him look cuter. So if you, your girl or anyone else think that they like the sitting position in a wheelchair then put your feet on the dash while someone else drives. Ya never know when that accident will come. and this was with no airbag deployment.

As for feet on the dash, its your car, you make the rules. Whats next, turning the radio station because she dont like the song you're listening to? Luckily, I don't have to worry about this adolescent and disgusting bevavior. To me, "get comfortable" only goes so far.
I am a "shoes off" kind of guy in the house and when I first moved in, a friend came over to check it out. Cordially, I mentioned my house rules and she laughed, said "whatever" then said "shut up." She didnt get two feet before I responded with "If you can't respect the rules in my house, then you can leave."
She wound up taking her shoes off, but the point is, like this woman, your GF don't respect your request, which in turn is disrespectful to you.
Feet stay on the floor. If she don't like it, too f@#$ing bad. Get over it.

test to see what else she could get away with.. You passed she failed and had to fine the next sucker.
