Sounds like it came out nice, congrats. You said no driveability issues, can you comment a bit more on that? At idle is it still mild or do you get some car shake? Has it been tuned and if so any issues with that? How soon does the 3:73 differencial go in, won't hurt highway driveability and the mechanical advantage should compliment the tq gains noticeably. I have future plans similar to yours, and appreciate the info, did Texas Speed do the install, if so how they do?

There is shake at idle. It is quite noticable. Many say pick out the cam you want and go one bigger....to be honest, I am glad I didn't go any bigger. This makes all the power and sound I want and ensuring excellent driveability was important to me. I was a little suprised just how much louder it was with H&C versus with just the intake, header and exhaust mods. But the sound (IMO) is great.

Nice numbers and choice in mods. I was like you, on the fence for almost a year before I pulled the trigger on heads and cam. I had already installed ARH headers and hi flow cats, B&B cat back and a Blackwing CAI. With that done it dyno'd @ 357 & 363 torq. I went with the Patriot Stage 2, 243 heads w/ 59cc chambers and a Comp cam - .232/.236 - .588/.592 lift on 114 LSA. My numbers were close to yours. 435RWHP & 403 RWT. Mine also shakes at idle. Enjoy your new found power
Six months ago I had a 224/230 .581/.588 113 LSA installed. It is my DD . It officially is a beast now. It made 416 rwhp and 392 rwtq (Mustang Dyno). Torque starts and stays above 350 lbs. from 3500 - 6200 rpm. Easy drivability. Nice lope @ idle (slightly shakes car ).
Where can I get this cam? Should I replace springs along with pushrods for it? Thanks.
I base my comments on 35 yrs playing with hotrods, not specifcly to C5. And for the record, I run STS turbos and a stock cam[for now] so you can take this all for what its worth.
1. Most people go for too much cam
2. Closer centerlines [IE more overlap] makes the idle more shakey and costs idle vaccum.
3. That being said, that overlap really makes the engine turn on in the midrange. Wider Cl will give you better idle and a wider powerband.
4. Gears will really let the car turn on with the narrower CL.
5. THAT being said, you could just put in some 3.90 or 4.10 gears and call it a day. You will surprised what a difference it makes in responsiveness, and with the .5 OD, the cruise RPM difference is negligable.
And, although you will get differing opinions, I wouldnt bother with the underdrive pulleys. Ive never noticed that much differnce, and your cooling and charging might suffer.
Again, just my $.02...
