You might need to put some penetration oil on the threads and let it sink in. That should help.

If not you may need to take the tension off the spring by lowering the A-Arm down, thus freeing any load on the bolt - sometimes this just has to be done!

Thanks,Matt

Try several soakings over a 24 hour period, sprayed from the top, to each adjuster, with PB Blaster.
If still unable to move, try this proceedure.

Good luck.

I have not had any luck with lowering the front on my car, I used pb blaster and let it soak along with removing the tension off the spring and it still would not budge. Heck I broke my 1/4" ratchet and cracked a 3/8" drive socket trying to get it to turn and it hasnt even budged. Then I figured I had nothing to lose at this point and went with the get a bigger hammer concept and used pipe wrench (yea I was a little pissed off when I pulled it out) and that wouldnt even get it to budge. I feel that I am going to break the rod before I get it to actually turn so as of now I have been defeated on lowering the front on stock bolts.

I'm having the same issue. Took it to a garage/vette tuner &'he couldn't break it free either.
Did you ever have success with you front bolts?
Thanks

I had the same problem you all are having and I had to take my spring out and put the bolts in a vise to get them to break free. Good luck with the soaking but I never had any luck with that.
