Default Source for Climate Control Lens???

Mine is cracked and I have looked all over the web for something and cant find a thing. Found some places on Ebay that fix the dimming and also replace the lens but nothing about just the lens. Emailed Gene Cully and he only has the whole thing. Any help is appreciated. I wouldnt mind just a junk climate control box I could get the lens from.

ask jwmotoring, tstar, it even Corvette recycling. any of them might have a lens from a toasted unit.

Those would be about the only places I know that might have the lens.

Go to your local auto boneyard, GM used the same unit on many other cars.

My boneyard selection is pretty dismal around here. What vehicles should I be on the lookout for??

Yeah I havent seen anything like that in the one local to me. You would be lucky to find anything above 2000 models. I will stop and look on my way home from work in a couple days but not holding my breath. Waiting to hear back from one of the guys mentioned above and if nothing else there are some places on Ebay that do a fix and lens repair.

The 03 chev truck I used to drive had one that looked identical. I always wondered if it was the same. Lights never dimmed in that thing after 160,000 miles.

Yeah I looked on Ebay under GM climate control and it showed some Trailblazers and Envoys, Escalades, trucks, etc that had some that were pretty close but not exact. The lens looks like the same one but the ***** were a little different and the outer edges of it were a little different. The Vette one has recessed outer edges and the rest were all flat.
