That seems low to me as well from my limited knowledge on it. I've read the pulley can give up to 15 by itself, headers another 20 to 30. Then intake? Hmm
Unless a person is racing the cost of all that doesn't seem worth it to me. back in the day we didn't have a choice when dealing with 200 HP I was thinking about headers but now I'm not so sure.
My stock pulley had the wobble....so I picked up the underdrive pulley for a decent price. From what I understand it free's up a little HP, not much though...
With just the pulley, K&N, X-Pipe, Borla Straights and a tune the car put down 306 rwhp. After the LS6 intake and LG LT's it put a little over 330 down. My knuckles expected a little more on the dyno after installing the LT's.......
