Default Very important items

These are what are commonly called hockey pucks. search for information on how to jack up a C5.

they connect to your chassis at the four jacking points, and are used to prevent many types of jacks and lifts from damaging the body of a C5 before it reached the chassis.

do not jack up your vetted before you learn how to use them. Its very simple; just find slots in the chassis at the jacking points and insert the protruding part of the puck, twist to lock and you are all set. Just be sure the jack you use lifts at the puck.

Again many on this board can do a better job of explaining.

They're lifting pucks. Many prefer to make theirs out of hard rubber hockey pucks and eye bolts though. Now you won't have to. You've just saved yourself some money by finding them. You really only need two of them.

Just don't forget to remove them after use. Imagine one of those aluminum hunks coming out on the highway and striking a windshield...

They are not Hocky Pucks, They are called lifting pucks and go into your frame to jack up your car so you don't dammage the rockers.

Now that what they are is cleared up, let me add that a lot of us don't use them. If your car is lowered they willprevent your floorjack from fitting under the rails. On the other hand, if you are careful you can feel the expanded area, or simply look under the rocker, where you can place a jack plate carefully to avoid damaging any fiberglass. I've had my C5 since 1997 and never owned a lifting puck, and never damaged my rockers.

Those are spent Russian nuclear fuel pucks.

You should give them to me, I'll dispose of them properly!

Yes they do indeed LOOK like Japanese manufactured Russian nuclear fuel pucks, but they're most likely chinese imitations.... These are of the most DANGEROUS assortment.

You must mail me these at once and I'll be sure to hand them over to the NRC.

True in most cases, but if you ever take your car in to a shop for repairs, I would highly recommend you have four of them if they use a lift that uses the swing arms to lift the car.

Those aren't 300zx emblems, the puck is actually sideways and they are the letter N as in Nebraska Huskers!

What would the NRC want with Russian Spent Fuel made in China!?!?!

Doesn't look anything like American Made Spent Fuel.
