Default Best, longest lasting BRA

After working in it for a year and a half we actually drove it the other night. New high.. Seen a 100 miles click on the speed-0..
Oil temp gauge really does work...

Joined a Vette club in Virginia Beach and set to do the Blue Ridge parkway ride on Sept 30th and looking at getting a bra for the front.

Which ones hold up and which ones have you gentleman had good service with. Wanted something better than e bay..
Post some photos if you have them. Thanks....

Been looking for one myself. Some seen to look much better than others, better fitment, quality, etc. (trying to cover scratches and curb bashings until I learn to judge distances, maybe a couple more years and then repaint bumper cover)

Been out the paint shop a few months but went back with a custom Yellow not the MY. Been having a blast building it but paint is one project that's behind it and don't want to go there again...

We also offer this one from Coverking. It's a solid bra. Easy on/off after the initial install

Years ago, with the old lacquer finishes, bad things could happen if your car happened to get parked with moisture (rainwater) under a cover. You could get a certain amount of permanent clouding in places. Are these newer two-part finishes ever negatively affected in such wet situations? Sometimes it's not practical to do the very best thing: take a cover off when wet underneath.

No hijack intended.

No sir, none taken and thank you. Want something heavy enough to stop rock chips but easy to slide on and off when we do go on the longer trips.. don't have a clue on the material and which is better and your feedback is what I was looking for...
Been out of cars for 25 years.. Things have changed. .

Best one I've found at a reasonable price is the GM bra. About $80 and fits very well, lasts a long time and offers very good protection for the front end. ONly comes in black if that is an issue.

I had a stretch one like goodguy posted; not from vettemods and would leave mine on a few days at a time at least (long commute to work, simply trying to prevent a boogered front). Rain or shine it didn't affect the paint at all.

It did however affect the quality of the bra. After about 3weeks of use to and from work, as in "everyday use," (owned it for nearly a year used on long road trips with no issues) the spandex started to lose its elasticity. Got all sorts of stretched out, enough to make contact with the front wheels and wear holes in it

So in the future, if I get one from Vettemods it will only be used for road trips, not a practical means of everyday commute protection.

There ya go.
Which ever one we go with will be put on and off when we go to the special events away from our area... If we have to go with the SL to get the color its cool...Trailer kept so she's out the weather and off the ground when not in use.
I"ll check on the gm cover also Ultimate Ride... Thank you..

SL all the way! I have had several... Quality second to none! Stretch bras give no protection from rocks or any kind of hard debirs.

Thanks Steven. Just got off the phone with my chevy place and love running them through the ringer on things..
Jw is usually dead on the money with the info so I have a feeling he'll be playing with my pay pal for this is all over.

It's an investment if you just had the front repainted.
