I got them from westcoastcorvette when they first came out but I think many of the other vendors here carry them now as well.
Tires are 245/45 17 and 275/40 18 (I believe those are stock sizes)
If replacing the tires isn't an issue I'd go with the larger set up, I think it looks better and allows for more brake set-up choices
One other thing: you really need to consider the amount of effort your willing to put into cleaning your rims. I didn't mind at first because I was still in the honeymoon phase of the new rims but there are some days where I almost miss my wagon wheels (I said almost) because these rims are a pain to keep clean with the tight spaces between the spokes.
