So i did everything by directions. All went perfect till the very end. I did everything in order, reinstalled fuse ,no codes, wheel free. So i start car and wheel locks and code comes up. hmmmmmmm
Possible but not likely. More likely is operator error installing the CLB.
OP If you would take the time to fill out your profile and give us some info about the car (year, manual or auto, mods, etc) you might be able to get some assistance.
What exactly prompted you to install a CLB? Describe the symptoms and what led up to them and all the steps you have taken since the symptoms first occurred.
The OP's profile says he has a "1999 Suzuki 1000".... I assume it is manual. Sorry, I had to.
Speaking as someone who recently had the same issue (mine is a 2000, auto), I would suggest doing what ever 8vette7 says...heck i would fill my windshield washer with Mt Dew if he said it would help. In other words he knows his stuff.

If you installed the bypass, and the column still locks, then you must have connected it to the wrong harness.
Hope your airbag doesn't deploy!
