Well that explains why I was having issues trying to aim my highs...
Oh well... my lows ROCK and I never really need to use the highs in Dallas anyways. There are street lights everywhere...

Street lighting here in NY is not terrible, but the extra illumination that this will bring are going to be very nice

A few pictures of some minor tasks. Working a lot so no real progress. Planning on finishing it up this weekend..
Headlight motors are installed.
Clear corners from JWM should arrive shortly
Got a set of Lloyds mats for the footwells...huge fan of these!

Factory plastic gear - was in good shape...

New Brass gear with replacement rubber bushing - cleaned up the rust on the gear shaft/retainer a bit

Cleaned up the housing

Test fit the new headlights

New Lloyds mats installed

It will be a whole new car. Driving at night will actually be fun instead of dangerous

Default Results are in....

JWM Clear/black with Amber Corners + JWM HIDs =

Absolutely awesome results..
And performance: I CAN SEE!
Finished everything up yesterday. Took the car out last night for a quick blast down a local highway. Wish I did this sooner!

The corners finish things off really nicely.

I have silverstars in my dd....They were a nice upgrade from the factory spec, but now, they stink...

Next up: Corbeau A4.......

Could you post a night time picture of the headlights shining at the garage from about 10 feet back? I'm interested in seeing the cutoff on these headlights.

I'm probably going to buy these headlights from that site and then retrofit NICE bi-xenon projectors into the housings.

Pictures are taking with the front bumper about 10' away from the door. Driveway pitches down slightly, so the rear is a bit lower than the front..

I'd love to see that. Which bi-xenon projector? Post some pics when you're done!
