Have been reading a lot lately here on the many LED options. I am interesting on just have my DLR's swapped out with LED's. Has anyone done this and can post some pics? Is it just a bulb change out without changing any housing?
I also was contemplating getting the clear corner units with the LED's for the DLR's. I assume that this unit is plug-n-play, right?

We have a few led options for the DRLs. We offer white, amber, or the switchback leds.
They are just a simple bulb swap. You will want a hyperflash harness or load resistors to cure the hyperflashing you will experience since the car thinks a DRL bulb is out.
We also offer the corners with the led strips. I've attached a few pics for you to view.

What JW posted pretty much sums it up! Depending on what condition your corner lights are in I would recommend upgrading to the clear corners. When I removed my stock lights the tops were almost burned through from the heat of the incandescent bulbs. The LED's use less power and are much brighter, not to mention enhance the overall appearance of the car.
I bought some switchbacks from another vendor and had all kinds of problems with them. Ponied up for some from JW and haven't had any problems in the last 4 months.
Agree with checking your housings for burned/melted spots. Mine were a little dicey but I was replacing them anyway.
