To find the top speed in reverse you take the diameter of your rear wheel, add the number of teeth on the ring gear, subtract the wind speed that day then add or subtract (whichever applies to the test area) the degree of incline or decline. The formula becomes Diameter over teeth minus wind + or - Incline OR D/T-W(+)(-)I

Depends on the person driving. I think I would start getting nervous around 30 mph or so.
The old lady would back up about 2 feet, get out, and let me do it.
Dale Jr. would be as fast as the car would go, because it seems he spends most of his time going backwards anyway.
