Default New c5 thin spoke chrome wheels

Just installed repo c5 thin spoke chrome wheels Friday and so far they have been great. Nice plating , true running easy balancing reasonable. Purchased from Amazon but they come from OE wheels in Fla.

Maybe it's just me, but it looks like you have a different style of wheel on the front than on the back. But, maybe it's just the angle of the car and refections.

Good choice with the Chrome!

I was thinking the same thing. The spokes look wider on the back in the picture.

Good eye. I chose a 18/9.5 deep dish look for the rear while keeping the stock style for the front. Spokes are wider and it has a 1 1/2 inch dish. Tried to be a little different but stayed with stock width wheels. Do you think it looks weird? I was trying to be a little different.

Weird no, different, yes. My built-in reaction to different is "whoha, something wrong here".... but the longer I looked, the better I liked it. Most important thing is that you like it. Who cares what I or anyone else thinks?

Thank you for the reinforcement. It was hard to make that decision based on pictures only. I liked it from the time they arrived but I did wonder what others who are much more corvette savvy would think. It was the deep dish with the wider wheel that I thought might pull it off. Again thanks.

Chrome wheels sure look good on a TR car (but I also like the painted wheels - lots of metallic chips in those). for your mod.
