How hard is to change a bulb in a C-5 1998 passenger side ?

If your talking about the head light, Raise the buckets, Disconnect the neg batt terminal to prevent the buckets from lowering. Remove the plastic shrowd (three screws) then reach your hand behind the headlight and turn the bulb connector 1/4 turn counterclockwise and the bulb should pop out. Replace the bulb and pop it back in then the shrowd and reconnect you battery and you should be good. 15 minute job at max. You may want to unscrew and remove the hood stop to give your arm extra room to get behind the light. Thats all there is to it.
