Quick Question, please help!
So the previous owner told me that there where no catalytic converters on the car, but wouldn't these be cats
If they are, would the car be louder if i swapped to an x pipe for one without cats. The car has bbk long tubes and B&B Bullets.

Yes, they are "cats".
Yes, it may be slightly louder without them.
However, most X pipes go on to the exhaust after where the cats are.

It looks like one completely piece to me? If your right, would I just have to have a local shop cut them out and replace with pipe?

You would need to get whats called an "Off road x pipe".......but it really wont get you much and you may get a check engine light. T
Do a search on X pipes and you can see the different types, and how they would bolt up.

If i bought an off road x pipe would i have to buy a bbk one, due to the different lengths of all the long tubes out there?

Most likely not, but it depends on the rest of the exhaust and if the flanges to the mufflers are in the stock location.
