They're not KDWs, but I've got 335/30/18 Pilot Sports on my Z06 with 11.5" CCWs. They stick out just a little, but not enough to look bad. I've got a 3/16 spacer, and it's tight, but they don't rub.
My Michelins are getting old, so I think I'm going to KDWs all the way around for next season.

I run 335/30/18 on my 99 with the Mallet 396 wheels...best tire I ever ran on the car...they don't stick out enough to be concerned..

Without the spacer, they would rub. There is a faint mount of scuffing on the driver side inner wheel. The spacer moves it out just far enough to keep it from making any real contact.
