That's what I run, 275/35-18 and 285/40-18. I have no problems with them at all. Just a tad road noise with the top down and radio off, but that problem's easily solved. I've only got about 2000 miles on them. They hold extremely well.
Had them on the front of my car. OK tire. As they get a few years old the noise was more than I could stand. Replaced them with plenty of tread left because of the noise.
8Vette7's tires were probably not mismatched... I had these and they are very noisy. It's because of the very aggressive tread pattern. The noise got bad after about 10K miles. Nothin but michelins for me now.
Thank you for the insight. I hope KDW-2 will service my needs, I get plenty of road noise from the run flats I currently have. For anyone shopping for TPMS I found what I think is a good deal from speedy car parts. 57.19 ea. Hope to report on the tires and TPMS in time. Thanks again for your experiences on this topic.
Wait, you are told by more than one person that these tires are very noisy and yet you will go ahead and buy them, anyway? What is wrong with this picture?

Already bought a set. Did my homework before hand, and was just inquiring who else uses them. I could careless about what others think about my car and the choices I make. The ones I make I can afford. It may not be a one off testing ground of all that is MOD but its payed for.
