Default TCS/ABS issue

I'm getting that warning every maybe 5 times I use my corvette now. Saying TCS/ABS all that stuff doesn't work.

Is there a thread to diagnose this? I remember when Edmunds had their test z06 it took forever to find what was causing this.

Thanks guys

Do a search, very common issues

First check your codes

I had the 1214 code and had my EBCM rebuilt by Dave on the auction site ($50) which fixed my issues

Yeah, EBCM is probably going bad. Mine did the same thing.

Some of those are probably history codes... I hope.

Haha I just reset it and I'll wait for the warning to come again then check it out.

Other than that I haven't had any issues with the car.

Who's the least expensive ECBM repair guy?

There's one or two guys on eBay that are cheap. I went with ABSFixer, which was more expensive.

Next time the warnings come on, pull over and check codes, for me it was 1214 only

Here is a link to who I used and was very happy:

i had the 1214 code as well, fixed it myself. If you are pretty handy with tools the ebcm can be fixed yourself.. There is a good writeup in the c5 tech section on a full DIY article... Very easy to repair.. Couple hand tools an. a soldier iron.. Fixed.
