Default Catback Exhaust

Need recommendations for a nice sounding catback exhaust. Going on a convertible so I want it loud out the back but on the inside of the car I want to be able to talk without screaming and it has to have quad tips. Which one and who has the best price.
Thanks again Guys
Dave

You want to be able to talk in a vert? When at stop lights?

GHL has it all! Great sound, great price, great looking and no drone. Have mine for two years….. only regret is I should have got them sooner.

Many different opinions - I like the Corsa Sports on my vert with Tiger Shark tips but a bit pricey - Quality is good and no drone issues

As of right now I have stockers. I still cant talk to my gf in the car without screaming above 40mph So we just dont talk. 8 hr drives can be so nice. And with a kick azz sound system atleast it will intervien the wind decibles

Maybe I am just misinterpreting what you are saying.

Your going to get a vast array of opinions on this subject. I went with Magnaflow on my Vert because I like the sound. Visit different makers websites and listen to the sound clips. The Magnaflow is a great system for what I wanted.

Mine was stock till 2 weeks ago. I wanted the deep muscle car sound of the 60's. I did some research and purchased Borla stingers....they are perfect for me....loud when you get on it, but you can feather it with the throttle to be quiet. $1459. installed from the Chevy dealer.

Yours will probably sound like this one.

Bullets will be nice on stock headers with cats. Headers and no cats makes for very loud for a vert. If you want crawl at rpm go with a nice set of TI's.

I went with the Borla Stingers dual tips. Nice muscle car sound at idle, really come alive at wot. $700. Everything else is stock, no DRONE!

You might want to take a look at Mid America Quadrapower.

I rode in a friends C5 that has them. Hand polished stainless. Nice sound at idle, scream when you punch it, quiet at cruise, no drone noted at any RPM.

I love the way they sound, and ordered from Full Throttle Corvette. On sale for $699, with free shipping and no sales tax. I should get them in the middle of next week.

If you click on the links, there are excellent videos so you can hear what they sound like.

Here's a "before and after" video from Torchred97.

You're insane man! But my B&B Bullets will be here in a few days so I cant judge too much.

To the OP:
I think your best option is to check out your area for any other vert owners and listen to them in person. Those sound clips just dont do it for me.

For a convertible, this is the way to go. Very nice looking and sounding exhaust.

I went from corsa, to magnaflows, to modified magnaflows, to,just 2 days ago, b&b prts. When I first installed them I thought they were way to quiet inside the cabin. Then I let my buddy drive it with me out the car, and they are loud!!!!! Love it. No drone. Not bad priced either
