right side low beam not working.

right side low beam not working.
So i just finished installing my new brass gears in the headlamps.. WOOT! 
but after hooking everything back up, my right side low beam does not work.. High beam does, but no low beam only on right side
i have checked every fuse under the hood and none was blown.
i have disassembled the head lamp and checked every wire, no cuts, and i have checked and jiggled all connections just incase.
i have tried putting the bulb from the passengers side into the drivers side head lamp and the bulb works. so i know it isnt the bulb...
Any suggestions?! only thing i havent done is check the fuse box under the carpet near passenger feet.... but i didnt think there was a fuse in there for the headlamps.. hopefully it will be that simple
