You need to define the word "best" A&A and ECS are the top two companies that make awesome kits. The each offer different head units but the end result is going to be a fast car. You need to do your homework and talk to both of them, as they will be better to answer your questions and meet your goals!

A&A is one of the best there is for a complete kit and results - they use a Vortech head unit and it is awesome - call Andy or Steve and talk with them on this and they will get you going !
Your Auto (A4) will be fine, just make sure the tuner tunes in the tranny too! or makes necessary adjustments to it too!
Vendors on this forum run specials on a&a kit installed an tuned around $6500.
I just got mine back 2 weeks. Ended up spending $10,000 cause I got lots of extras with it.
I have my old centri setup for sale: V-2 Si head unit that made 450+ on a stock 97 motor with 142K miles.....just imagine what it could do on a younger motor.

I am very happy with my A&A set-up. It was one of the first that Andy developed back in 2003. 580 rwhp and very reliable! Driven back to Bowling Green twice!
A&A and ECS definitely two of the best. I had Andy at A&A do my vert. They had a sale on, but I had them do more so cost was over $8,000. Huffer produces good power, easy to drive.
