I used to see it all the time when I first got my C5, I haven't noticed it for some time now, and I recently cleaned a bunch of ground packs on my car.

I hope I do not start noticing it again

Thanks a lot, now I will definately be distracted

GM designed it to change brightness, Cleaning your grounds won't fix it because it isn't broken...
