Power Steering issue
So I bought my car as a fixer, a 2003 anniversary edition yellow vert. I replaced the steering column and what not and everything is finally complete. But I don't think my power steering is working. It is extremely stiff and if you turn the wheel just a little bit, it will maintain that position and won't go back to normal. What can be the problem?

I would jack up the front wheels, both at the same time, then start it up and run the steering back and forth several times. It should be easy. If not, then either the PS pump isn't working or the steering shaft assembly is having issues. Was the car wrecked?
