DIC Code U1096

I threw this code and noticed that my oil pressure gauge was showing 126 psi sometimes and 0 psi sometimes. How can I tell if I'm having an oil pressure problem and not an instrument cluster problem? I have two oil pumps. One for the turbos and one for the engine. Also, my fuel gauge was fluctuating empty and full.

Here is the funny thing, it was on all of the modules! That is why I was thinking that it was a grounding issue.

It turned out that the Oil Pressure Sensor was bad.
