During a low voltage attempt to crank my car, the dual control a/c/ module displayed "Err", which I assume occured due to low voltage when cranking. I replaced my battery and and the display module is stuck on 73 degrees and will not move when you turn the *****. Sometimes the a/c will not turn off and on and I have tried the disconnect battery/pull fuses/ etc.. fixes, but it doesnt seem to work, I was told that my a/c dual control module in dash needs to be replaced. I don't want to get a used one, where would be the best place to purchase a new one? Is there a DIY replacement sticky for this replacement? Thanks in advance for your responses.

Did you drive your car for a few miles at faster than 45mph? I read that sometimes it won't change till you get the car moving? Just a thought.

I am wondering if the err you got is because of the outside tempture sensor? Just a thought, I am trying to figure out and easy fix for ya before you fork out the bucks for a new unit.
