Bought what looked to be a very nice license frame for the vert and was really looking forward to it. Got it in the mail today, all excited I opened it to find a really nice frame for a Hummer, come on, a Hummer. I sent them a note of what had happened and this is the e-mail I got back (dear buyer

Can you believe this? Sent them all they requested and got another e-mail saying they would look into it as soon as they get the photos. I resent everything again and haven't heard anything back from them. May get interesting. I really hate crap like this and it wasn't even the only thing screwed up from ebay today. I play guitar, have a $5000 vintage Martin that I only use pricey Martin SP cleartone strings on it. I get the wrong strings today also. The only thing good about this is that when I contacted the seller on these, he said keep them as a gift and he would re-send the correct strings. Already sent me a tracking order for them. Will buy from them again but not from the other seller. I've usually have good luck on ebay but I guess today was not my day. Sorry this is so long and if you got this far, please post any of your interesting ebay stories.
Thanks
Dave P.
Keep all the e-mails and other information, that way if they fail to resolve the issue, create a claim through PayPal. Sucks that they are taking their sweet time resolving it, but hopefully they will take care of it.

i might be a little crazy but i always correspond via email to keep proof of the conversation "instead of the phone", saved my butt once when a seller started the he sad she said b.s.
Give them reasonable time to rectify...then contact e bay..refund is quick. No worries one way or another you will be helped. (there is actually a phone no. that you can talk to a real person at e bay, paypal is not the one to contact. Good luck Rob
