convertible rear window glass

my glass on my conv the rear window came off the inside of my top it looks like it was glue on from factory what can i use to re attach

I am considering tinting my '11 Convertible. Has anyone had any issues with tinting the back glass and using the rear defogger during cold weather?

Friend had tinted the rear window on their car and had issues with it bubbling and coming off from the heat of the defogger. Could always not use the defogger (or just disconnect it) to prevent that if you really wanted it. He also made the comment that putting any kind of significant tint on the rear window made backing up a real chore.
