Hmmm....I just got name and address of the former owner of a camper I bought (and since sold) through the Department of Motor Vehicles.

You might try a contact with the DMV in Georgetown Texas and see if they can divulge that information.

I believe the frc was in Georgetown Tx. That`s what the guy who sold the car to me said
Perhaps anyone in that area knows the car?
Your best way instead of shooting in the dark is find the dealer who sold it. Or it was delivered to. Then contact the dealership and ask if they can contact the present owner and if once they do, if you can contact them yourself. Shortest, Cheapest way to the end.

Jaap,

The first sticker is a Texas vehicle registration sticker. 12 of 2008 is the expiration date. Williamson is the county it was registered in (Georgetown is in Williamson county). 950BXJ is the license plate number it had at the time.

The 2nd sticker is an Austin, TX area toll tag. There are 3 major types here in TX: the Austin area TxTag, Dallas area TollTag, and Houston area EZPass. They're all interchangeable, but let you pass through the toll booths without stopping by way of an RFID in the sticker linked to your account. Most toll roads in the Dallas area don't even have booths anymore, if you don't have a tag they mail you a bill at a higher cost.

Is that an auxiliary turn signal just behind the cove on the front fender?

You could contact the Texas Dept. of Transportation, give them the license number 950BJX and see if they would tell you who the owner was, I doubt they will because of privacy laws.

Do you have a carfax on your car? The one I got with my car showed the service history reported on the car. My car's previous owner apparently had everything done at the Chevrolet dealership and it all shows on the carfax. Most of the time it just says "maintenance inspection completed, recommended maintenance performed". But if there was anything extra it was listed, such as coolant flush, power steering fluid flushed, even showed it was washed and detailed at the dealership when it was 7 years old. Previous owner apparently had a lot more money than I do.
Hope you find what you are looking for.
