Works well! Just checked it today after one run of about 75 miles and noticed a few drops in the bottom of the can. I can only imagine how much has been pooling in the bottom of my intake over the thousand of miles! That's why I would only see a puff of blue smoke on the rare occasion when the oil pooled enough and eventually was enough to find it's way into the combustion chamber.

It's simple...BUT, and it's a big BUT......you do have to make the bracket to bolt it to the head. It's an easy job for the handy with tools type of guy. Just buy some 1 1/2" flat bar from Lowes or Home Depot, or your local hardware store and drill the mounting holes and your done.

Rick, do you have to remove the can to empty it?

You just unscrew the drain plug on the bottom of the can.

What year is your car? When looking at the vendor's offerings, none seem to apply to a 2002.

Interesting that it's called a "universal" model then tells you what it will or will not be compatible with.

Can the bracket be made of aluminum bar stock? Seems like it's a worthwhile mod.

Good luck with those Ebay catch cans. From what I have seen they do catch some oil but also let allot get through.
Pull your intake and clean it up real good then go back in a few months and check it again.

Rick, does that bracket attach to 'available' bolt holes already in the block?

If they let a lot 'thru', where does it end up?
