For the people that don't know, the C7 will offer a 7 speed manual tranny

If that's true, my only question is----WHY? Pretty soon we'll have so may gears to shift, a semi will do less shifting when IT leaves a stop light.

What I read was: A “trusted source”
tells us the C7 Corvette will be offered with a 7-speed manual gearbox. We’ll see, It makes for nice fodder though.
