Several possibilities, where is it getting wet?
Stopped up udders at the firewall, drain tubes around trunk plugged, window seals? Passenger floorboard? Trunk? Need a little more info to diagnose. Get inside and have someone spray with hose, look for leaks.

Water was in the rear trunk compartments, mostly the 2 side ones. Drivers side floor board was wet and behind both seats was VERY wet !!
I had to go to the local car wash and vacuum the car for about 30 minutes !!
Looks like it's time to buy an outdoor car cover......
Just curious, was it parked with the nose downhill? It may be leaking around the trunk seal, or the small holes that drain the water to beneath the car may be blocked. Nose uphill helps the water run off the back.
I had to replace my trunk seal. There is also a caulked body seam in front of the seal that may cause trouble. A little 3M 5200 will take care of that.

Nope, driveway is slightly sloped away from the house. With the stock rake of the car, I'd say it sat pretty much level..... I still can't figure out how the water accumulated behind the seats.

I've traced my water leak to somewhere near the area where the driver's door, rear fender, and roof meet. I can't seem to get to actual location of the leak, even with the interior completely removed. Drives me nuts.
my passwenger side was wet dont see any or smell coolant looks like regular water coming in from somewhere udders are clean in the engine compartment...... send me info on other leak areas ritavillarreal@sbcglobal.net

...What typically happens with a FRC is the flawed drip rail design or should I say the sealing components to the drip rail. It's a very common problem with FRC's/Z06's and is not that big of a chore to fix, but as others have posted, there are a couple of other factors that contribute to the 'ponding' effect on FRC's/Z06's. The seal between the drip rails and the top came from the factory of a foam strip design and over time the foam deteriorates and causes water to leak into the headliner, seats, carpet, and even visors. The trunk has it's own issues with water getting past the rubber, as well as the bolts that fasten down the hinges. I always used to carry a small plastic drop cloth just in case the car was caught outside in the rain. Removing the drips rails and re-sealing is not hard but be careful of the aged rails as these tend to easily break over time. Plenty of info on this issue, Good luck !!.....Ask me how I know !!...
