Well, Since went with LT Headers, I love the sound of my car, but the Road noise is getting too my wife a little. I have alway wanted to use some sound deadning in the car.
I have read a lot about Fatmat, Stinger Roadkill, Dynamat, the kit thats sold on the forum, and some others. During my research I came across this product: Eastwood Thermo-Coustic Sound Deadening Deadener & Heat Barrier Insulation. Has anyone used/heard of this stuff.
I know others have used frostking. It seems that most of the noise is coming from the rear area of the car(00 Coupe). I also have a stereo with subs in the center cubby.
I used SecondSkin Audio sound deadening... 1 layer of Damplifier Pro and 2nd layer of Overkill. I was very pleased with the results. I did a full body sound deadening. It will take a full weekend to do the job but the results are worth it.
